Moonta Arts Promotion Gathers Momentum

Twenty people from a number of local Groups braved the cold evening conditions to attend the second meeting of the Moonta Arts Promotion Group at the Moonta Town Hall earlier in the week.
Progress Association representative Lyndsey Jackson led the Group through a powerpoint presentation which showcased a number of Art initiatives of small town communities. Afterwards, attendees split into groups to brainstorm ideas. The creative juices were soon flowing and many exciting possibilities were raised and discussed.
The group plans to meet again soon to reflect on the results of the night and begin the process of planning Art activities to co-inside with up and coming community festivals and events.
