The Open Gardens festival on the 15th & 16th October attracted good crowds and was a another great success according to initial feedback by a number of the garden display hosts. While we haven't got the final details together yet, it looks like festival organisers, Rod and Margaret Carter, have done it again in their final year and have not only helped promote the town and district but have also contributed significantly to the Association's fundraising efforts for the local community.
