The Moonta based YP Branch of the Cornish Association of SA is well into its second year and has a membership approaching 30 members.

Its meetings are held on the fourth Monday of the month at the Moonta School of Mines commencing at 1pm and anyone with a passion for Cornwall and the District's proud Cornish Heritage are most welcome to attend.

The St Piran's Day 2010 "Songs of Praise Concert & Luncheon" planning meetings are continuing and arrangements are progressing very well.  The enthusiastic planning committee are finalising the 3 course menu and catering arrangements but there will only be 100 seats for the pre-concert luncheon so it will be a matter of first in - best dressed. Bookings are being accepted now for the luncheon on 88253736.

Tickets for the luncheon are $10 and the Concert tickets are $15 and tickets will be available early in the new year.
