Liz Coole was reappointed as President at the Branch's AGM in June. Liz will be supported by Rosie Prout as Vice President, and Lynette Warren as Secretary.

Members enjoyed a very interesting and inspiring guest speaker address by the Copper Coast's Australian of the Year for 2010, Cathy Vluggen. Cathy reflected on her life after being struck down by a massive stroke in her teens and how she perservered through years of pain and suffering to represent Australia at the World Olympics for the Disabled and become a world bowling champion with gold and silver medals.
