Walking & Cycling Survey

30 September 2011

The District Council of the Copper Coast is currently undertaking community consultation regarding walking and cycling in the Copper Coast area. This consultation is part of a local government partnership plan with the Department for Transport, Energy and Infrastructure.

The survey will run until the end of October, throughout this time we hope to have as many community residents and frequent visitors to the area complete this survey. It is a great chance for residence to identify barriers to participation as well as highlight some of the strengths within the region. There is also the opportunity to put forward any suggestions you may have to Council about how walking and cycling in the Copper Coast can be promoted and improved!

We are encouraging people to not only fill out the survey but to also forward it through their networks - to family, friends and work colleagues, for them to complete also. Alternatively hard copies of the survey are available at all Council offices in the region, or can be mailed out upon request.

The survey takes no longer than 5 minutes to complete, we hope you are able to log on and have a go!

Those who participate in the survey can enter the prize draw to win one of three $50
vouchers to a fruit and vegetable store in the Copper Coast.
