Moonta Progress Association Begins the Planning Process

A modest group including some new faces and two DCCC Councillors assembled for the first General Meeting for the year a week or so ago.

The theme for the night was " Future Directions" and after SAPOL representative, Shane Oxspring, delivered his Neighbourhood Watch report, President Rob Champion gave a powerpoint presentation summarising the Moonta Progress Association's program of activities over the past 9 years highlighting its impressive record of achievements, the things it has done very well, the things which could have been done better and the challenges ahead. 

Rob's overview was very well received and set the scene for a general discussion. The meeting was productive with several constructive ideas and suggections coming from the floor. These were duly noted and will be raised at the Management Committee's Planning Meeting later this month.
