Opal Family Day a Big Hit at Moonta

The Opal Family Day at Moonta on Australia Day was a great hit for Moonta, the Copper Coast and, most importantly, families and kids.
Over 200 kids registered for the program of events and were not disappointed with a well organised day of fun, activities and healthy eating.
Congratulations to the District Council of the Copper Coast, Opal Program Organisers and their enthusiastic support group and special thanks to Moonta Lions for running the very tasty BBQ.
It might have been the first outing for the Opal Program but the word at Moonta is that they will be invited back real soon.
