Scarecrows Scarecrows Everywhere

Moonta will be hosting scores of Cousin Jack and Cousin Jenny scarecrows in various colours, shapes and sizes. The Moonta Area School students and several community groups are busy making them up and if all goes well, Scarecrows will be appearing in shop windows, up poles, in gardens and on front porches for the Kernewek Lowender festival. George Street will be decorated for the occasion with a variety of flags featuring the Cornish, Australian and town colours.
