Neighbourhood Watch represents the communities of Moonta, Moonta Mines, Port Hughes and Yelta.
It operates under the umbrella of the Moonta & District Progress Association.
Public meetings are held bi-monthly on the third Thursday of the month at the Town Hall Supper Room at 7.30pm.
A Police Representative reports to the meeting on the incidence of local crime in the area and other relevant policing matters.
The Area Coordinator is Brian Sainty.
